Returns
We currently do not accept returns for products once they have been delivered, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The request for a return must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Proof of purchase and details of the issue must be provided.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
You receive a damaged product.
You receive an incorrect item that you did not order.
Once your return is approved, you will be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed through Cash on Delivery (COD) arrangements, meaning the refund will be given at the time of product collection or through alternative arrangements confirmed via email.
Please note: We do not provide refunds for products due to a change of mind or customer error in ordering.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a replacement or refund.
